Spring Session Planning

The Spring session will begin on January 3rd. Beginning Monday, November 21st, families can request changes to their child’s specialty class schedule for the Spring session by emailing their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class choice options to director@psafterschool.org with the subject line SPRING REGISTRATION in all caps.  Priority for slots in classes will go to those who do not currently have classes for a given day, and class placement for everyone will be done by lottery.  The list of classes with available seats is now available:

For families who like their child’s schedule, NO ACTION IS REQUIRED.  Below are dates we would like you to be aware of:

November 11 to 18 — Families review accounts, complete a survey and inform us of any classes you wish to drop by emailing any classes you wish to drop to: drop@psafterschool.org.
November 21 — Open classes will be posted for families
November 21 to 27 — Families inform us of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class choice options
December 7th — Families can log into their account to see their Spring class schedule    December 7th– 16th — Families accept their schedule (no action require by families in this case) or inform us they do not want to accept schedule (families inform us what portions of their schedule they do not want to accept and we adjust accordingly)
January 2nd — First billing date for the Spring session
