All families must register for afterschool membership through the 6crickets management system and pay a non-refundable annual registration fee of $125 per child. Monthly payments are due the 15th of the month. The system accepts credit cards and debit cards only.
Sibling Discount PSACC offers a 15% off discount for siblings enrolled in the same or lesser membership type. This does not include the one-time annual registration fee of $125 per child.
Financial Aid PSACC offers financial assistance to attend our program in the form of partial or full scholarships. For additional information, please visit the Scholarships page in the Handbook section of this website.
PSACC offers specialty classes to children who attend our program regularly. These classes are assigned by lottery to ensure fair placement for all. The specialty classes do not have a dollar value. The cost of afterschool supports childcare.
Lottery During the afterschool registration period, families can enter the specialty class lottery by ranking their child's top three choices for each day they plan to attend our program. Families will be notified which classes their children have received a spot in before they commit to a membership type.
Membership Eligibility Due to the sequential format of specialty classes, PSACC does not offer the specialty class lottery option to families who register their children for only Drop-In Afternoons.
Grade Eligibility The lottery is open only to families with children in Grades K – 5. For Pre-K children, PSACC instead provides an all-inclusive activity schedule.
Calendar Specialty classes begin two weeks after the first day of school, to allow time for children to adjust to the afterschool routine and familiarize themselves with their afterschool classmates and staff. Specialty classes end two weeks prior to the last day of school. In their place, PSACC provides a Pop-Up series, where children can try out potential new classes for the upcoming school year.
Membership Type To change your child’s membership type, please send an email to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org with the request. We must receive your written request prior to the first of the month, to avoid billing you for an additional month. Families can change their children's membership type only once per session. Due to high demand, we are unable to hold specialty classes for families that do not have active memberships.
