We offer on site continual care between the hours of 2:40 and 6:00 pm, with options for 1 set day, 2 set days, or monthly (3+ days per week) memberships, as well as a drop-in option. Included in membership is a healthy snack, homework hall (providing time to complete assignments under the care of supportive staff), free play with peers, and a specialty program for any set days you registered for. Before being enrolled in a class, all families must pay a non-refundable annual registration fee along with the first installment of monthly fees. Our system accepts credit cards and debit cards only. Unfortunately, it does not accept e-checks at this time. We are not accepting paper checks at this time due to COVID-19. Monthly payments are due the first of the month via a credit card that is saved in our system. We do not accept cash or checks at this time. Your Afterschool account gives you the ability to remove and replace credit cards anytime. You are responsible for one-time payments.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy Cancellation of Afterschool (both online and in-person) must be received in writing (no text at this time) as of 10 days prior to billing to not be charged for the upcoming month. Cancellation for programs should be done in writing with 10 days notice. We do not refund or pro-rate for past months for change in family’s schedule, absences for personal reasons, sickness (not related to COVID-19), or removal from Afterschool programming.
COVID-19 related cancellations: If a child tests positive for covid-19, we will refund the day(s) that will be missed and the child’s account will not be charged for future months. Regular payments must resume prior to rejoining Afterschool.
