Specialty Classes

All students registered for our 1 Day, 2 Day or Monthly Memberships can sign up for a specialty class on days they attend regularly.  We offer a wide variety of classes in sports, visual and performing arts, languages and STEM.  During registration children choose a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice and classes are assigned by lottery to ensure fair placement for all.

Afterschool Homework Hall

Children in grades 1-5 have the opportunity to work on homework under the supervision of qualified staff.  Pre-K and Kindergarten, who do not have homework, take part in learning games and activities to build strategies and knowledge.

Free-Play Time

Drop-In Days

During the school year children have a blast playing old-school board games and with age-appropriate developmental toys like Legos.  Our game room is supervised by supportive staff who help to nurture children to learn to play together and cheer for their friends.  PSACC children also love getting time to play in the big (grades 1-5) and little (Pre-K-K) yards.  Fresh air and time to play old school games like kickball and jump rope are favorites.
Families that do not need weekly care, but need help in a pinch, can sign up for drop-in days.  Families can contact us in advance, or on the day of attendance to request a drop-in day, where children the part in Homework Hall and enjoy free play in our Game Room or the big or small school yard.  Drop-in days are for children grades Pre-K-5 who have registered through 6crickets and paid our one-time annual registration fee.  Due to need for consistency, students are unable to attend specialty classes on drop-in days.
