Specialty ClassesAll students registered for our 1 Day, 2 Day or 3-5 Day Memberships can sign up for a specialty class on days they attend weekly. We offer a wide variety of classes in sports, visual and performing arts, languages and STEM. During registration children choose a 1st and 2nd choice and classes are assigned by lottery to ensure fair placement for all.

Afterschool Homework HallChildren in grades 1-5 have the opportunity to work on homework in a quiet space under the supervision of afterschool staff. Pre-K and Kindergarten, who do not have homework, take part in fun games and activities during the same time period.

During the school year children have a blast playing old-school board games and with age-appropriate developmental toys like Legos. When the weather keeps us inside, board games and crafts are supervised by afterschool staff who help to nurture children to learn to play together and cheer for their friends. PSACC children also love getting time to play in the big (grades 1-5) and little (Pre-K-K) yards. Fresh air and time to play old school games like kickball are favorites.

Families that do not need weekly care, but need help in a pinch, can sign up for a Drop-in day for emergency childcare. Families can contact us in advance, or on the day of attendance to request a drop-in day, where children take part in Homework Hall and enjoy free play in the school yard. Drop-in days are for children grades Pre-K-5 who have registered through 6crickets and paid our one-time annual registration fee plus the cost for the Drop-in day. Drop-in students do not participate in specialty programs.
